Commission Limits & Workflow

  • Max Characters: 5 per illustration. (Note: Robux payments are limited to a max of 2 characters per piece).

  • Every extra character is 50% of the original base price

  • PayPal Payments: Can be made in full upfront or via milestones (Sketch, Color, Shade). Work on the next stage begins only after the corresponding payment is received.

  • Robux Payment: Must be paid 100% upfront OR immediately after the sketch is approved.

Revision Policy

  • Sketch Phase: This is the only stage for major changes (pose, outfit, etc.). Limit of 10 edits.

  • Final Stages: After the sketch is approved, you are limited to 5 minor edits (colors, shading tweaks, etc.) per stage.

Commercial Usage Fees
PAYPAL ONLY (USD)

  • Branding or Advertising (+50% of total): For use in Twitch/YouTube graphics, social media promotion, or channel branding.

  • Profit Use (+100% of total): For use on physical or digital merchandise (T-shirts, stickers, prints) intended for resale.

Doodle/Sketch:

  • You can choose whether or not to have the Silhouette outline

  • If you only want a sketch, payment must be paid all up front.

  • Can have minimal shading + overlays without charge
